2. Refund Policy
a. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will offer the following options:
- Re-Cleaning: We will arrange a time to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.
- Partial Refund: If re-cleaning is not possible or satisfactory, we may offer a partial refund based on the extent of the dissatisfaction and the specific issues encountered.
b. Prepaid Services
If you have prepaid for a package of cleaning services and wish to cancel the remaining services, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the services, less any discounts applied for prepaid packages.
3. Cancellation Policy
a. Single Service Appointments
- Notice Period: If you need to cancel a single service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
