Aurora Cleaning LLC Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Aurora Cleaning LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Aurora Cleaning LLC offers commercial cleaning services including but not limited to general office cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, specialized cleaning, and disinfection services. Specific service details, schedules, and pricing will be outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Service Agreements
Service agreements will outline the specific services to be provided, the frequency of services, and the associated costs. Both parties must sign these agreements before the commencement of any work. Any modifications to the services or schedules must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices will be issued monthly unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Payments are due within [X] days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur a late fee of [X]% per month. We accept payments via [list payment methods].
5. Cancellation and Termination

7. Liability and Insurance
Aurora Cleaning LLC carries comprehensive liability insurance. We will not be liable for any loss or damage due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or acts of vandalism. The Client is responsible for securing their own property insurance.
8. Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of our clients and will maintain the confidentiality of all information provided to us. We will not disclose any information to third parties without the Client’s prior consent, except as required by law.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service agreement will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10. Amendments
Aurora Cleaning LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after such amendments will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and the service agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
